Middleton Waitlist Policy

Joining the Waitlist: If a class is full, you can join the waitlist until 8 hours before the class starts.
Automatic Enrollment: If a spot opens up before the 8-hour window, you will be automatically added to the class. (For example, if you're 3rd on the waitlist, you need 3 spots to open up before you are added.) You will receive a confirmation email and the class will appear in your app under Upcoming Reservations. Remember to cancel any backup reservations for the same day.
Within 8 Hours of Class: You will not be automatically added from the waitlist within 8 hours of the class. However, you can still try to get in by refreshing the class in the app to see if a spot opens up. At this point, spots are first come, first served. If you see an open spot, quickly remove yourself from the waitlist and book the class. Note that late cancel penalties apply within 8 hours of the class. Check our pricing page for penalties.
Early Morning Classes: The 8-hour rule applies to early morning classes too. For a 6am class, you may be added as late as 9:59pm the night before. For a 7am class, as late as 10:59pm. If you go to bed before then, wake up early to check your reservation. If you don’t want the uncertainty, cancel your spot on the waitlist before going to bed.
Removing Yourself from the Waitlist: To remove yourself from a waitlist, go to Upcoming Reservations on the btone app or website, select the waitlisted class, and then tap ‘Cancel Reservation’.

Cancel your class as soon as you know you can’t attend so someone else can take your spot.
To cancel, go to Upcoming Reservations on the btone app or website, select the class, and tap ‘Cancel Reservation’. You'll receive an email confirmation.
Cancel more than 8 hours before class to get your credit back and avoid penalties.
Late cancellations (within 8 hours) lose the credit and may be subject to fees. Unlimited memberships will be charged a fee. Check our pricing page for credit pack and membership fee details.
If your membership allows free late cancellations, you must first cancel out of the class and then email the studio to redeem a free cancellation. Check our pricing page for membership free cancellation details.
If you accidentally cancel a class with a waitlist, the next person on the list will take your spot. This can't be undone, so rebook another class. If there's no waitlist, just rebook your spot.

Always cancel if you cannot attend. With limited machines, every spot is important!
No-shows lose their credit and may be subject to fees. Unlimited memberships will be charged a fee. Check our pricing page for credit pack and membership fee details.

First Class: Arrive 10 minutes early for a machine demo and workout introduction. If you are late, the instructor reserves the right to give away your spot or deny entry to the class.
Return Visits: Arrive within 5 minutes of the start time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the instructor reserves the right to give away your spot or deny entry to the class.

Grip socks are required to be worn in class to protect you and our machines. You may bring your own pair or purchase them in the studio.

Minors must be 16+ to join a class. Please email your studio to inquire about any additional restrictions for minors.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
All clients must sign a liability waiver before participating. Clients under 18 also need a parental waiver signed.
