Aeree discovered Btone through Instagram back in 2014 and has been addicted since her first class. She loves her some squats and tries to incorporate them into every routine. When she is not busting it out on the Megaformer, she is often found on Spotify searching for some fun, upbeat music to add to her playlists to get people pumped for their workout. When not dreaming about ways to make you shake and sweat, she is busy taking pictures of her puppy and putting her in ridiculous outfits!
Alexa moved to Boston from New York for school and immediately fell in love with the studio. After practicing for 2 years, it only seemed appropriate to become a BTone trainer. Her classes are filled with satisfying routines that will make your muscles burn, and upbeat music that will motivate you through each and every move.

Alissa's ongoing studies and passion of physique training and healthy lifestyle inspired her to teach and work with others. In addition to teaching SPX, she is also certified in Barsculpt and TRX. Allyson went to her first btone class on Valentines Day 2015 (<3 #selflove) and it completely changed her life. After spending most of her life preferring books and studying to fitness, Allyson is now the one who drags her friends to workout classes. When not at btone, she’s doing experiments in a research laboratory at Harvard, finishing her Ph.D. in nutritional biochemistry — and being thankful to love fitness AND learning now. During her classes, she will try to keep science jokes to a minimum, but expect to hear a lot of “y’all”s, since this girl is from the South!
Amanda, a recent transplant from the sunshine state, took her first Lagree class about two and a half years ago. She instantly fell in love (that's putting it lightly!) and knew it was something she wanted to get behind 100% and teach! Having done various different styles of training and exercise, she loved that it is so unlike anything else she's ever done, and you get a killer sweat, shake and burn every time. She started working the front desk at her local Lagree studio, Core Evolution, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and started making her own routines to practice! As soon as the next Instructor Certification came around, Amanda studied, trained, and became certified in July 2015. She likes to have an upbeat and motivating energy in class, and is definitely going to challenge you to push yourself! Her routines are all about the flow and transitions to make sure there is little to no time to rest in between each exercise. She's a bungee-loving, pulse-doing, carriage-kick-obsessed, plank-favoring type of girl and absolutely loves being able to guide you through this workout!

Because she looked forward to the fun, high energy classes, the 45 minutes flew by, and her strength grew exponentially within a few months time. It was also a safe way to exercise while recovering from hip and knee injuries, when other favorite activities no longer worked for her. SPX classes were even a part of her pregnancy, and helped her recover from childbirth after her daughter was born. Her classes are challenging but safe and accessible for all fitness levels, and leave you feeling strong and empowered. Jamie is also an avid yogi and teaches yoga at several area studios. Jody is responsible for bringing this workout with her from Sunny San Diego. After being plagued by injuries while triathlon training she was coaxed to a class by a teammate and was humbled by the workout. She knew this was the missing piece and started to incorporate it into her workout routine. It has been a love hate relationship ever since. After starting this workout it helped her to get through a season injury free, which was quite a feat. She knew she had to bring this workout back with her to the East Coast and the rest is history. Her classes are direct, but fun. Jody loves using music to motivate and will find the right beat to get you to that burn and will likely say more than a few things to try to get you to laugh.

Serena believes that exercise is a crucial part of a healthy life, but it's only going to be effective

Stacy, like many instructors, started her journey as a btone client. She quickly became addicted to the workouts and would be seen on the daily, and boy did it show! She has made an amazing transformation in the studio and it was only right for this natural boss lady to take the floor, and help others to experience the same kind of transformation she has. Stacy can be found at both the Sudbury and Wellesley locations
Stacy's journey to group fitness was a little unorthodox. She originally got a BS in Biology and moved to Hawaii to fulfill her career. While there, she took up the hobbies of surfing, scuba diving and free diving and realized the impact physical fitness has on your life style. Stacy moved back to Massachusetts and went back to school to become a Physical Therapy Assistant, and has been a licensed PTA since 2009 and continues to practice full time. Her passion and knowledge for fitness and injury prevention grew with each athlete she treated. Stacy stumbled upon Btone and it instantly grabbed her attention. This is one of the first forms of full body workouts she has ever agreed with from a standpoint of a health care professional. Its effectiveness and low risk of injury drew her in and she was hooked. Stacy aspires to share this passion and knowledge with others so they can enjoy physical fitness as much as she does. When not at work or the studio she can be found hiking, snowboarding and playing recreational sports.
